Reference¶
Look up the supported inputs, outputs, capabilities, and contracts. If you are learning a workflow, begin with Tutorials; if you need instructions for one operation, use How-to Guides.
Choose a reference¶
| Question | Reference |
|---|---|
| Which function or model should I use? | API reference, organized by optimization, problems, results, run artifacts, and studies. |
| Which algorithm supports my encoding, constraints, or backend? | Algorithms & Backends, including the capability matrix. |
| Which configuration fields does an algorithm expose? | Algorithm configuration. |
| Which built-in problems, dimensions, and reference fronts are available? | Problems catalog. |
| How are constraint violations represented and compared? | Constraints. |
| How do stopping rules and external archives interact with a run? | Stopping & Archive. |
Check support and version¶
- Stability and versioning defines Stable, Experimental, and Internal surfaces.
- Known limitations records the current support boundaries.
- Documentation versions and archive explains current documentation and immutable release snapshots.
- 1.1.0 release notes describe the current release; 1.0.2 notes, 1.0.1 notes and 1.0.0 notes retain earlier release context.
Contributor implementation contracts and internal APIs are grouped under Developer. Use Extending VAMOS to find the owning guide before changing an implementation.
